My name is Emma Oudiou
As a former high-level athlete, I am now a speaker and specialist in combating violence in sports and promoting equality. For several years, I have worked with international institutions like UNESCO and the UN, as well as in schools and sports clubs, to raise awareness, educate, and protect athletes from violence and discrimination.
I am UNESCO Star for Safe Sport and I have also been an ambassador for the Fondation pour l'Enfance for over a year.
My goal is to educate all audiences about equality through sports and to transform the sporting environment into a safer, fairer, and more respectful space for everyone. Together, let's work towards a more just sport!
My interventions
With 4 years of experience as a speaker and solid expertise as a facilitator and professional trainer within a public health organization, I offer various types of interventions, whether you are from the sports sector or not, to raise awareness about equality issues:
Awareness workshop for youth
Two formats are available: a classroom workshop or a sports-based field format, both designed to raise awareness among youth and provide them with practical tools to address violence in sports or other areas.
Awareness workshop for coaches and supervisors
Classroom workshop for all supervisors in the sports sector (coaches, volunteers, sports organization managers) to provide athletes with a respectful and safe environment.
Conference
Conference format ideal for organizations, institutions, or events aiming to create a lasting impact on the prevention and fight against violence in sports.
