This interactive workshop aims to raise awareness by:

  • Educating young athletes about the various forms of violence in sports and equipping them with practical tools to address these challenges.

  • Teaching students about the concepts of consent, promoting equality, and fostering respect for themselves and their bodies.

  • Raise Awareness: Foster respect for personal boundaries and bodily autonomy while recognizing different forms of violence, particularly in sports.

  • Promote Key Concepts: Highlight the importance of consent, equality, and non-violent communication, and teach participants to identify and report problematic situations.

  • Encourage Empathy: Develop active listening skills and appropriate responses to situations involving violence.

  • Target Audience: School or sports environments; athletes aged 12–25 in clubs and sports organizations, or middle and high school students.

  • Number of Participants: 10 to 30

  • Duration: 1 to 2 hours

  • Location: In a room equipped with a projector.
