This sports workshop aims to raise awareness by:

  • Educating young athletes about the various forms of violence in sports and equipping them with practical tools to address these challenges.

  • Teaching students about the concepts of consent, promoting equality, and fostering respect for themselves and their bodies.

Through fun and educational exercises, participants gain a deeper understanding of their bodies and boundaries while learning to interact respectfully with others. This workshop bridges physical activity with essential social awareness topics.
